Our support doesn’t end on order – JT Cranes is here to help you with your new crane, with our aftersales service.
Before you collect your brand new crane, it will have gone through one final check, known as a pre-delivery inspection (PDI). During this PDI, your crane will be examined to make sure it is working with no issues and is ready for safe operation.
Following the cranes PDI, we will arrange a date for your operators to come in for driver familiarisation training. This will usually take over 1-2 days, depending on the machine and the experience of the operator.
The familiarisation training will enable the operator to understand the functions and proper, safe use of the crane. The session will cover everything from observing the warning decals, through to fitting and safe operation of attachments.
On completion of your driver familiarisation, you will receive a safety and information manual specific to your crane and, once you take your crane, our customer services team is still here to offer support and guidance over the phone as necessary.
